Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Director (RN) to lead Quality, Risk Management and Medical Staff activities. You will drive patient care standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires a current RN license, a BSN, and leadership experience. MSN/MD or MBA in healthcare admin is highly preferred; BLS must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Quality, Risk Management and Medical Staff functions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement, audits, staffing and budgeting across the department.
• Collaborate organization-wide to ensure regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.
