Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care within our multidisciplinary team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care aligned with our Professional Practice Model and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, coordinating with physicians and care teams, and documenting in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio and current BLS certification.
• BSN within 5 years of hire is encouraged or required per hospital education policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic assessments of physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and revise the plan of care with measurable goals.
• Communicate the plan using SBAR and collaborate with the care team.
• Provide patient/family education and participate in discharge planning.
• Document nursing actions and patient outcomes in the EMR.
