Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with department standards.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and assess evolving needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
