Del Sol Medical Center invites you to join its RN Residency Program, a year-long, paid path from student nurse to registered nurse. You’ll be surrounded by nurse educators, experienced nurses, and peers, with hands-on learning and mentorship across clinical experiences and projects.

The program emphasizes advanced clinical training, monthly education, preceptorship, and evidence-based practice, with Spring 2027 cohort start and Med Surg focus.

Qualifications

• Certification in BLS within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS required within 12 months of employment.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program and RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and throughout shifts.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Provide proactive, compassionate patient care and teach patients and families.
