The program provides mentorship from experienced nurse educators and peers, with structured learning experiences, simulations, and a focus on evidence-based practice. Start dates include Sept/Oct/Nov 2026, with Med Surg emphasis in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
• No previous nursing experience required.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other clinician-ordered tasks; document care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses; notify provider as needed.
• Provide prompt, exceptional care; anticipate and resolve patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
