Job summary

HCA Healthcare invites registered nurses to the North Houston Nurse Residency Hiring Event. This invite-only event connects new grads with teams from the start, with facilities including Conroe, Tomball, Houston Northwest, Houston Kingwood, and Houston North Cypress.

The Nurse Residency Program offers hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, classroom learning, and ongoing support to help transition from student to registered nurse.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or will be acquired during program
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the state with NCLEX date
• No prior nursing experience required
• Some travel may be required for training

Responsibilities

• Assist in admissions and patient care under RN supervision
• Participate in hands-on clinical training and simulations
• Engage in monthly educational sessions and preceptorship
• Collaborate with nurse educators and leaders to develop skills
• Contribute to evidence-based practice projects
