Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking new graduate nurses for its Spring 2027 RN Residency Program. The 12-month program provides transition-to-practice through education, mentorship and peer support, combining precepted orientation with blended learning experiences across Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac, Critical Care, ED, OR, Cardiovascular Operating Room, Women's Services and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities with assigned staff while maintaining quality standards.
