Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia offers a Spring 2027 RN Residency Program for new graduates. This 12-month, transition-to-practice program blends precepted orientation with mentorship and blended learning to help you grow from student to professional nurse.

Residents rotate through Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac Progressive Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, OR and Women’s Services, with strong support, education and pathways for advancement.
