Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is offering a 12-month RN Residency Program beginning February or March 2027. The program blends precepted orientation with education, mentorship, and peer support to transition new graduates into professional nursing.

Residents will gain clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional commitment while rotating through Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac CCU, Critical Care, ED, OR, and more. Be part of a collaborative culture with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• The Staff RN provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrates professional growth and accountability within organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintains standards of practice and coordinates patient care activities among staff.
