Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID, is seeking Remote Patient Management RNs to join our Virtual Care Center. This on-site role uses a high-tech facility to support patients at home through virtual monitoring and coordinated care, with iPad and vital sign gear provided for 31-day or 90-day programs.

The position is 0.75-0.9 FTE, daytime shifts (0700-1930) with rotating weekends/holidays, offering certification pay and opportunities for growth within a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• RN experience required in clinic or maternal/women’s services settings.
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice and valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Remote Patient Management support is provided during 0700–1930.
• Assist patients in their homes via virtual monitoring and coordinated care.
• Provide devices and equipment (iPad, vital signs) for specified programs.
• On-site role in a high-tech facility; NOT remote.
• Part-time or full-time (0.75–0.9 FTE) with day shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
