What You'll Do

1. Lead with Purpose
   • Oversee daily nursing operations on your unit
   • Support and guide LPNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality care
   • Review care plans and ensure residents’ clinical needs are met
2. Keep Things Running Smoothly
   • Monitor medication administration and treatments for accuracy and safety
   • Keep documentation organized and up-to-date
   • Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to support resident care
3. Stay Compliant and Prepared
   • Follow Pennsylvania DOH, CMS, and HIPAA guidelines
   • Assist with audits and surveys
   • Make sure policies and procedures are followed across the unit
4. Support Your Team
   • Provide training, mentorship, and regular feedback to nursing staff
   • Step in to help during challenging situations or busy times
   • Encourage teamwork and a positive work environment

What You Need

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
• Comfortable with EHR systems (PointClickCare experience is a plus)
• Great communication and time-management skills
