Position Details

As a Unit Manager, you will oversee nursing care, systems, and processes, ensuring high-quality resident care. Ideal candidates are compassionate RN leaders with supervisory experience in long-term care or similar settings.

Requirements

• Valid, unencumbered RN license
• BSN preferred
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, with 6 months in rehab/restorative nursing
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
