Responsibilities

• Support to the DON with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
• How to be a successful candidate:
  • Have at least1 year of experienceworking in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
  • Have at least1 year supervisory experiencestrongly encouraged
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Qualifications

Must have an activeRN license in the state of PA.
