Maybrook Hills Rehab in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical and administrative operations in a long-term care setting. You will direct care plans, perform resident assessments, assist physicians, prepare equipment, and monitor patient status to ensure quality care.
This role requires an active RN license (BSN preferred but not required), management experience in long-term care, and the ability to mentor LPNs and CNAs.
Shifts Needed:
12-hour shift (7am to 730pm)
or
8-hour shift (7am to 3pm)

Job responsibilities for Registered Nurse Supervisors (RNs) include and are not limited to:
Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
Performing resident/patient assessments.
Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
Checking residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records
Overseeing clinical operations, the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks
Administering prescribed medications and injections.
Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
Assisting in the admissions and discharge process
The RN Supervisor role encompasses not only clinical responsibilities but also administrative duties
Requirements for Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN):
Nursing and Management experience in a long-term care environment.
Must be an RN, Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred but not required.
Must have current RN License and current CPR or BLS certification.
