Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee the implementation of resident care plans. You will supervise units, conduct regular rounds, and ensure accurate documentation while promoting quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have prior supervisor experience, and prefer exposure to long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.

Shift Openings:

• 3:00p-11:00p FT Monday to Friday
• 3:00p-11:00p PT EOW

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• Previous Supervisor experience
