Schedule: Night | Full-time | (3) 12 Hour Shifts, 7pm-7am

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of personalized patient care plans, monitoring and communicating clinical conditions to ensure the highest standards of safety and recovery.
• Coordinate all multidisciplinary team members to create a seamless, well-managed care experience for every patient under your watch.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the clinical integrity of the patient’s treatment journey.
• Support the patient’s transition out of the hospital by collaborating with the healthcare team to manage comprehensive discharge planning and post-care needs.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
