Schedule: Day l Full-time | (3) 12 Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care by leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives a seamless and well-integrated treatment experience.
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions in real-time to ensure care plans remain responsive to evolving medical needs.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
• Advocate for patients during the discharge planning process by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and successful transition home

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
