Job summary

Texas Health Flower Mound is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU to join a collaborative, family-like team. The role requires a nursing diploma or ADN with at least one year of clinical RN experience and BCLS/ACLS and CPI training within probationary periods.

The unit emphasizes teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care in a dynamic ICU setting. The position is full-time nights (36 hours/week) with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing or ADN required.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • 1 year of clinical nurse experience required.
  • Critical Care experience preferred but not required.
  • RN licensure with BCLS/ACLS and CPI training required within 90 days.

Work hours: Full Time, Nights- working 36 hrs/week. Weekend and holiday requirements

Here's What You Need
  • Diploma in Nursing required or
  • Associate's degree in nursing required
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • 1 year experience as a clinical nurse required
  • Critical Care experience preferred but not required
  • RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Require
