Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable
• Treatments: wound care, pain management, dressings
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments, track changes, data analysis
• Care planning: create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: plan care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & resident education: explain health status and care expectations
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status and care records
• Team oversight: supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
