Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an RN Registered Nurse to join our team for full & part-time shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends. We provide skilled nursing care for recently discharged patients and long-term care residents, with opportunities for growth and daily pay options.

The RN will administer medications, perform wound care, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan individualized care and educate families and residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as RN in the state.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound care and manage pain; apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes.
• Create, update and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Educate families and residents on health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health status and care documentation.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
