Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for direct care duties. This role involves administering medications, wound care, assessments, and care planning for residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work as an RN in the state.
• Experience with administering medications and direct patient care preferred.
• Ability to perform health assessments and document changes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Perform wound care and pain management, dressings as needed.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient status.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
