Job summary

Complete Care at Silver Lake is seeking an LPN for direct care to support residents transitioning from hospital care and those needing long-term services.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, with sign-on bonuses and daily pay options. We provide a caring team environment with opportunities for growth and benefits including health coverage and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in Delaware as an LPN.
• Pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical eval.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Wound/skin care and dressings; manage pain.
• Monitor physical and mental health status; track changes and analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of health status, care and progress.
• Oversee and delegate CNA tasks to ensure quality care.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
