Complete Care at Silver Lake in Dover, DE is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor residents, update care plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as RN in Delaware.
• Experience in direct care and skilled nursing settings.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
