Job summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering nursing care across behavioral health and crisis services in Arizona. The RN will implement orders from the medical practitioner and promptly communicate any barriers to service to the supervisor and attending physician.
The role includes delegating and supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed personnel as appropriate, ensuring high-quality patient care within integrated programs.
Qualifications
- Must hold current Arizona Board of Nursing license, or compact license accepted, or be license-eligible within 90 days.
- 1–3 years of health care experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Carry out orders from the medical practitioner and communicate barriers to care promptly.
- Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

CBI is the premiere non‑profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence‑based models.
The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
- Required: Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
- Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
