Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients. The RN will follow orders from the medical practitioner and collaborate with supervisors and attending physicians to ensure timely, safe care.

Delegation to LPNs and unlicensed staff will be part of daily duties. The position offers shift differentials for qualifying evening, night, and weekend shifts, generous PTO, and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Arizona (or Compact) RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Relevant healthcare experience in behavioral/medical crises is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Implement orders from medical practitioners and report barriers promptly.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate to ensure timely, safe patient care.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions)
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).
