The Registered Nurse (RN), Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Services works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible to carry out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
