Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Opioid Treatment Program across Arizona. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to OTP patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated behavioral health and medical services.

The role requires an AZ or Compact RN license, 1–3 years of outpatient experience, and credentials such as BHT. The nurse will supervise and delegate to LPNs and Medical Assistants while ensuring safety and

  • Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
  • 1–3 years of health care experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
  • Active AZ or Compact RN license in good standing.
  • BHT credential in line with policy.
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and clean MVR are required for Float/Pool LPN.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to OTP patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Carry out orders from the medical practitioner and report barriers to service promptly.
  • Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN), Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Services works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible to carry out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Health Care related experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License valid and in good standing (required for Float/Pool LPN)
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Float/Pool LPN)
