Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks an RN to join its Opioid Treatment Program across Arizona. The nurse provides comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary team, following physician orders and guiding care through standard procedures and CBI policies.

The role requires an AZ RN license (or compact), BHT certification, and coordination with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and timely communication of barriers to services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• 1–3 years of health care experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) RN licensure in good standing.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) per CBI policies.
• Valid identification.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing (for Float/Pool LPN).
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (for Float/Pool LPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to OTP patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out physician orders and report barriers promptly to supervisor and attending practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN), Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Services works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible to carry out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements

Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.

• 1-3 years of Health Care related experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License valid and in good standing (required for Float/Pool LPN)
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Float/Pool LPN)
