Job summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, follows medical orders, and communicates barriers to care to supervisors and practitioners.
The RN will supervise LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate, and must hold an AZ nursing license with good standing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean MVR are required for Pool RN.

- Associate’s degree in nursing required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Valid Arizona (or Compact) RN licensure in good standing.
- Valid identification required.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (required for Pool RN).
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).

CBI is the premiere non‑profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence‑based models.
The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’sDegree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
- Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions)
- Valid identification required.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).
