Job summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Mesa, Arizona.
The RN provides comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients in a behavioral health setting and collaborates closely with medical practitioners to carry out orders and address barriers to care. - Associate’s degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
- Experience in behavioral or medical crisis settings is preferred.
- Active AZ or Compact RN license in good standing.
- Valid ID and AZ driver’s license are required for Pool RN.
- Clean 39-month motor vehicle record is required for Pool RN.
Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients.
The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner.
The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
- Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions)
- Valid identification required.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).
