Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider in Arizona seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. The RN will deliver nursing care, follow physician orders, and communicate barriers to care to supervisors.

The role includes supervising LPNs and unlicensed staff as appropriate. Eligible candidates will hold an AZ RN license in good standing and may require a valid AZ Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Healthcare experience with behavioral and medical crisis exposure preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License may be required for Pool RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
• Implement physician orders and communicate barriers to care promptly.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary care team to support patients’ recovery.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements:

Minimum Education & Experience Required

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s

Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.

• Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS

• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions)
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).
