Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate RN for a part-time position at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will provide direct nursing care, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver excellent resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license and a nursing diploma, has strong interpersonal skills, and can pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided.
• Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support.
• Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.
