Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking LPN/RN for night shifts to deliver compassionate care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units. You will coordinate nursing operations, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care in EMR while collaborating with families and staff.

Preferred Ohio license for RN or LPN, experience in healthcare, and strong communication skills are essential. This is a dedicated, team-oriented role within a not-for-profit senior living community.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care.
• Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
