Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Lead Dining Server at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This full‑time role leads dining service operations, mentors teammates, and helps ensure a high‑quality dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior dining server experience in a continuing care community or hospital preferred.
• Possess a customer service background and orientation.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a model Dining Server, from whom others can learn.
• Provided explanation and demonstrations of proper techniques used to complete Dining Server job duties.
• Share regular constructive feedback to allow newly hired Dining Servs to understand expectations of the LEC way to perform role.

Location: Wesley Ridge | 2225 Taylor Park Drive, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, 43068
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday- Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm including every other weekend

You are a service-oriented and experienced dining professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others. You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
