Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to support residents at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. This in-house role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered therapy and documenting progress to help residents regain independence.

You will work PRN with flexible scheduling, join a supportive team, and contribute to high-quality care in our not-for-profit senior living community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress
• Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress
• Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents
• Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps
