Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in our Skilled Nursing Unit at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. The role includes full-time night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and other schedules, with part-time options every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio State Tested Nurses Aide (CNA) license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely assistance.
• Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Support dining services by collecting menu tickets and assisting with meals.
• Perform restorative procedures as instructed.
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' condition.
• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Launder residents' belongings and assist with room tidiness.
• Document resident care activities in electronic systems (e.g., AOD).
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed.
