Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is a not-for-profit organization providing exceptional experiences for associates and residents in senior living communities. We’re seeking a compassionate LPN/RN for part-time weekends to join a dedicated team at Wesley Woods in New Albany, OH.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
