Complete Care in Middlebury, CT is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations for our long‑term care residents, ensuring high‑quality care and smooth daily operations.

This per diem, all‑shifts role offers a weekend differential of $1/hr, opportunities for advancement, and the benefits listed in our perk section. A CT RN license and prior long‑term care experience are required.

You’ll lead staff, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CT RN license and be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care needs and planning, monitor conditions, respond to emergencies.
• Oversee staff coverage, scheduling, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team on care changes.
• Review documentation, orders, and ensure accuracy of medical charges.
• Educate families, residents, and staff on care plans and interventions.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
