Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Cordova, TN seeks a dedicated RN to join our care team. You will manage nursing care for residents, supervise aides, and monitor patient conditions while coordinating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
