Job summary

Cordova Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of care.

The role requires a valid RN license, strong clinical and geriatric care skills, excellent communication, and current BLS/CPR certification.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
