Job summary

Cordova Health and Rehabilitation, a long-term care and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate clinical team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality resident care.

We offer a full-time schedule (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), pay range $30.60–$40.00 per hour, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, shift differential, comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
