Job summary

Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Cordova, Tennessee, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. In this full-time role, you will support residents with daily living tasks and coordinate dining services under the supervision of clinical leadership.

This position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Active Tennessee CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and carries out duties as directed by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services, including meal trays and feeding.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
