Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on the night shift. You will be responsible for coordinating resident care, supervising aides, and communicating changes to physicians and families to ensure high-quality, compassionate service.

Requirements include an unrestricted Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS certification. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, DailyPay, PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
