Job summary

Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center in Humboldt, Tennessee is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical staff.

This full-time or PRN position offers a $10,000 bonus for full-time, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team focused on quality care. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Humboldt, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

$10,000 Bonus for full time!

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
