Job summary

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, TN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support clinical operations.

This Full Time or PRN role offers teamwork, weekend/holiday scheduling flexibility, a $10,000 bonus for full-time staff, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed
• Participate in care planning and family meetings
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Help train and support new nursing staff

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
