Kennybrook Village in Grimes, IA is seeking a dedicated RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents across independent living, assisted living, and long-term care units. The RN will communicate with families, physicians, and the care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in Iowa, CPR certification, and a commitment to infection control and safety policies within a family-based culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school, be licensed in the state of work, and maintain licensure/CEU requirements.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the community.
• Make daily rounds to assess residents' conditions and comfort.
• Follow safety and infection control policies; ensure resident safety.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate hand-offs with oncoming shifts.
• Supervise direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
