Terrace Glen Village in Marion, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents across our senior living community. You will communicate with families, physicians, and the care team to coordinate care and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure in Iowa, and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state of work and maintain licensure and CEU requirements.
• Preferably 1–2 years of nursing experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility, but not required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
• Make daily rounds to each resident to assess condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies to protect residents.
• Follow infection control guidelines.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Communicate with the Physician as indicated by resident needs and ensure hand-off communications.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
• Speak, read and write English clearly.
• Apply principles of basic general math.
