Terrace Glen Village in Marion, IA is seeking an attentive RN to join our bedside care team. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, coordinates with families, physicians, and allied staff, and ensures safety and quality care for residents across levels of living including long-term care.

The role emphasizes communication, accurate assessments, infection control, and collaboration with direct care staff to maintain a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Iowa with CEU requirements.
• 1-2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Passion for seniors and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state and facility requirements.
• Make daily rounds to assess residents' conditions and comfort.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians and ensure hand-offs on shift changes.
• Oversee direct care staff to ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
