Job summary

Kennybrook Village in Grimes, IA is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to provide comprehensive nursing care for our residents in a warm, family-based senior living community.

Join a team that values health, happiness and growth. States and CMS guidelines guide daily rounds, safety, infection control and family communication while you support residents across independent, assisted living and memory care options.

Qualifications

  • Must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an active state license.
  • Current CPR certification and CEU requirements.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of nursing experience in Long Term Care.
  • Clear communication with residents, families and physicians required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care aligned with federal, state and facility policies.
  • Conduct daily rounds to assess residents’ condition and comfort.
  • Follow safety and infection control guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate changes in resident status with physicians and team.
  • Oversee CNA staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
