Job summary

Raintree Village is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents across our care levels. You will communicate with families, physicians, and the care team to ensure quality outcomes and safety.

The RN will make rounds, monitor acuity, and support infection control and safety protocols. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and ideally 1–2 years in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate from an accredited program and currently licensed with CEU maintenance.
• Preferably 1-2 years of Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Make daily rounds to assess residents' condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians and care team; ensure handoffs between shifts.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
