Job summary

Linden Woods Village in Gladstone, MO, is seeking a dedicated RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for our residents in a 5-star senior living community. This 12-hour shift facility offers full-time and part-time roles, with a focus on communication with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include rounds, safety and infection-control adherence, and coordinating with care teams. Active RN license and CPR certification required, with LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferably 1–2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state and company requirements.
• Make daily rounds to assess condition and comfort of residents.
• Follow safety policies to protect resident safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians and other health professionals for care plans and hand-offs.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure tasks are performed as assigned.
• Communicate clearly in English with residents, families, and team members.
